Kiln celebrated a significant year in 2012 when we reached a milestone 50 years in business as a leading supplier of insurance and reinsurance in the Lloyd’s market. We head into 2013 with an affirmation from our people that Kiln is a great place to work – by being awarded twentieth place in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For, 2013’. Kiln offers an excellent work environment, as recognised by our employee survey in 2011, where a staggering 95% of our people responded to say that they enjoy their jobs, and by our two successive placing’s in The Sunday Times Top 100. On top of this, Kiln was also awarded tenth place in the ‘JobsCrowd Top Companies for Graduates to Work for 2012/13’, based on feedback from our own graduates!
