What attracted you to Aon and your programme?

I was attracted to the Investment Consulting Graduate Programme as I was keen to put what I learned at university into practice. What attracted me to Aon was not just its global presence, but the meaningful impact that it has – whether that’s helping clients manage risk or making sure pension scheme members have adequate retirement savings. The sense of purpose and scale was something I wanted to be a part of.
