The Marsh Graduate Development Programme is an intensive two year experience, designed to attract and develop the next generation of leaders.
From day one, the programme will support, develop, and challenge you. You will be assigned a role in a specific business area which you will be committed to for the duration of the programme. This will allow you to take on real responsibility within the team as you grow your knowledge and skills, tackle real projects, and work with real clients. You will build lasting relationships with your colleagues and clients, engage fully with the business, and build specific skills and knowledge for a long-term career with Marsh. Candidates can express interest in specific business areas if desired.
Learning and Development
Graduates begin the programme by attending an induction week in London where they learn about Marsh’s organisational structure and strategic vision, as well as meet and network with senior leaders. Over the course of the two years, graduates periodically come together to participate in an outcomes driven, structured training and development programme which focuses on enhancing professional and leadership skills.
Graduates work towards becoming professionally accredited by completing the Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) by the end of the two year programme.
