The role

Focusing on strategy development and engagement, you will join the Aon Inpoint Solutions Group in London as Intern, based in our global headquarters. Your role will involve working with account and project teams to deliver business focused initiatives and strategic recommendations for (re)insurers to grow and improve their operating performance. You will also actively support the execution and implementation of those recommendations.
Our Interns experience the full lifecycle of our business – client management and an understanding of client needs underpin this lifecycle and are key in all that we do. As such, you will meet and develop relationships with a broad spectrum of people including our own industry specialists, our clients and members of the wider London and international (re)insurance markets.

Requirements

We accept applications from graduates with a 2:1 in any discipline. You must be numerically very strong and have the desire and ability to excel in a competitive environment where personal communication and analytical stills are key. Building relationships and strategy is at the heart of what we do and you’ll need to show that you can work collaboratively to develop solutions for our clients.
