The role
From the very start of your career as a Health & Benefits summer intern, you will be meeting our clients to learn about their businesses and advise them on employee reward programmes. By helping to deliver expert advice on the issues affecting them, you will make a real difference to their businesses and the way they operate.
The Health & Benefits Broking and Consulting Stream has a rotational programme which allows you to spend time in each of our specialist areas before deciding where to specialise. You will work in:
- Health and Risk Benefits – where you will help our clients manage their costs and employee risks as the cost of providing health-related benefits continues to rise
- Defined Contribution Pensions – where you will advise our clients on pensions strategies in a continually changing demographic and legislative environment
- Communication and Flexible Benefits – where you will provide consultancy to our clients on progressive benefits packages which meet both employer and employee needs
Requirements
To apply for our Health & Benefits Broking and Consulting summer internship, you must penultimate year undergraduate student or beyond and be on target for at least a 2:1 or equivalent qualification in any discipline. You should also be enthusiastic, creative and ambitious.
