What skills are useful in your role?

Technical skills are valuable, especially proficiency with Microsoft Excel and either a willingness to learn or some prior knowledge of SQL. Equally important are strong time management skills and being able to effectively communicate with the rest of the team.

What’s the best thing you have learned so far?

Never be afraid to ask questions. No one expects you to know everything from the start, and I’ve found that my team is always willing to make time to support and guide me!

What’s been your favourite moment or achievement at Aon so far?

So far during my career at Aon, I have been fortunate to get involved in lots of different activities. Something I’ve achieved that stands out the most is the development of a new data analysis tool that is now being used across the team.
