Describe your role?

Being a graduate in the Natural Resources space, we undergo three rotations on our programme. One role was as a broker support in the oil and gas space, specifically in offshore construction. Another has been broking insurance placements for international clients, with underwriters in the power generation space on technologies including gas, hydro, renewables, and nuclear generation.

What do you find most interesting about your sector?

Being in the midst of the energy transition, whilst developing meaningful relationships in the London and global insurance markets.

A fully funded, structured Apprenticeship Programme and study leave which works towards internationally recognised Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) professional qualifications.
