The opportunity

In Direct Line Group, the Commercial Business is a rapidly evolving business in a changing market. We are looking for graduates that are interested in learning management skills such as category management, proposition development, marketing, sales and project delivery.  You need to be inquisitive to shape everything you get involved in.  To do this, we want to give you the opportunity to experience different roles within the business, all with their own unique challenge and demands.
You’ll be exposed to on the job learning as well as learning from top strategists, marketeers and product experts, and alongside some formal development opportunities, all planned to allow you to grow into someone that will drive the future of our business.
You’ll join us on a permanent basis, starting with a 2 year intensive learning and development experience. You’ll also be sponsored to study towards professional qualifications such as CII.
You will be based in Bromley or London, but there may be a requirement for a placement to take place in one of our locations in UK.

Entry criteria

• At least 300 UCAS points achieved at A Level
• 2.1 or 1st class degree achieved in an appropriate subject area (although not prescriptive)
• Evidence of extra curricular activity undertaken whilst at school and/or university

Assessment Process
To apply, simply up-load your current CV clearly outlining you’re A Level and Degree subjects and grades.
Successful candidates will then undertake a short telephone inter view and anyone who passes this stage will be invited to and assessment centre which will commence in May.
We’re looking for candidates to join us in September.
