Roland Berger, founder and honorary chairman of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants has been appointed a member of the Commission for Future Generations.
The commission is an initiative of the Oxford Martin school of Oxford University and is headed by Pascal Lamy, General Director of the World Trade Organization.
The commission will develop solutions for critical issues affecting the future, these include population development and aging, resource scarcity and growing income and social imbalances.
Other members include Lord Stern, Arianna Huffington and Jean-Claude Trichet alongside 15 other distinguished figures
